Russians burned inscription "Glory to russia" on body of POW. Defense Intelligence confirmed authenticity of photos

A photo published on social networks with the inscription "Glory to russia", which was burned on the stomach of a Ukrainian prisoner released the day before, is real. This is a photo of one of the defenders of Ukraine, who returned during one of the past exchanges.

This was reported on the air of the United News telethon by Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.

The first photo was distributed by the Clash Report publication. The Ukrainian has numerous scars on his body, next to them is the inscription "Glory to russia".

The publication claims that the photo was taken by a doctor during an examination of a defender released from captivity in the hospital.

"Unfortunately, this is a real photo. This is from one of the previous exchanges. During an examination in one of the regional centers where the guys are undergoing rehabilitation, the doctor simply could not stand it, took a picture of it and posted it on the network. This is evidence of what our defenders go through in captivity," Yusov said.

The Defense Intelligence says: the russians constantly violate the conditions of detention of prisoners. Almost all - 90% of the released military prisoners talk about poor conditions of detention, food and treatment.

Yusov also noted that extremely thin and exhausted soldiers are returning from russian captivity.

"This is visually very visible, and there is a difference in the state in which the occupiers return to russia and in what state the Ukrainian defenders return," he stressed.
