Death toll from russian ballistic missile attack on Odesa rises to 2

The death toll from the russian attack on Odesa's port infrastructure with two ballistic missiles on May 23 has risen to two. A 71-year-old man died in hospital.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"Unfortunately, the number of victims of today's missile attack has increased. A 71-year-old Odesa resident died in hospital from his injuries," the report said.

Kiper expressed condolences to the family of the deceased.

The attack damaged the engine room, broke windows and doors in administrative buildings, and destroyed vehicles and equipment.
