"The enemy is using the tactic of "numerical superiority". In the border area, assault units are being formed in almost every unit that opposes us. As a rule, small groups of infantry, which in the border area are trying to expand the zone of active combat operations. The Defense Forces, detecting them in a timely manner, do not allow them to accumulate and advance deep into our territory," the spokesman said.
In the territory of the Chernihiv Region, the main part of the Sumy Region and part of the Kharkiv Region - constant shelling. Over the past 24 hours, 125 of them have been recorded there.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the occupiers are installing electronic reconnaissance devices in the border area, and the Ukrainian military is trying to destroy these devices as much as possible so as not to give the enemy a free hand.
