"They have launched their offensive actions. They were launched in all axes. The main axis was Sumy," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, the russian occupiers have concentrated 67,000 troops in the Sumy Axis. The Ukrainian military noted that the russian forces are in a constant offensive, which has been going on for several months, the President said.
