Occupied Crimea complains of drone attack, explosions heard near airfields and military units

From 00:11 am on May 2, explosions have been heard in temporarily occupied Crimea, they were loud in Sevastopol, Simferopol, Yevpatoria, Hvardiyske. The occupiers have blocked the movement of vehicles on the Kerch Bridge. Local publics report that loud explosions are heard near airfields and other military facilities.

The Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported an attack on the Kacha and Belbek airfields, located near Sevastopol. As well as possible strikes on Cape Tarkhankut and Yevpatoria.

There is also a report of an attack by UAVs on a missile base near Hvardiyske.

Propaganda channels report that the Saky airfield in Novofedorivka is under attack by drones. The local authorities claim that the air defense forces are successfully shooting down drones.

Later, Crimean Wind reported that loud explosions could be heard in the settlements of Uhlove, Andriyivka, Vilino, and Pishchane. Russian air defense was operating there. These villages are located near the Kacha airfield.

At about 4:30 a.m., the occupiers closed the illegally built Crimean Bridge to motor traffic. Propagandists wrote that they were being "massively attacked" not only by drones, but also by ATACMS and Neptuns.

In Sevastopol, the air raid alert was turned on more than six times during the night.

As a reminder, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on the night of July 26, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Saky airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea, which the russian federation was using for air attacks. Information about the consequences was being clarified.

Then the Crimean pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel Crimean Wind stated that as a result of an air attack in temporarily occupied Crimea, the Saky military airfield in Novofedorivka caught fire, and the detonation of ammunition could be heard at night.
