Ukraine led by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy did not sign the final documents on the agreement on rare earth metals with the United States of America. President Donald Trump reported this on his social network Truth Social on Friday, April 25.
"Ukraine, headed by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has not signed the final papers on the very important Rare Earths Deal with the United States. It is at least three weeks late. Hopefully, it will be signed IMMEDIATELY," the US President noted.
According to Trump, work on a general peace agreement between the aggressor country russia and Ukraine is progressing smoothly.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 17, First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko said that Ukraine and the United States had signed a memorandum of intent to conclude an economic partnership agreement.
On April 17, US President Donald Trump suggested that an agreement on Ukrainian minerals could be signed as early as next week.
The Cabinet of Ministers has created a delegation for negotiations with the US government on the implementation of joint projects, headed by Svyrydenko.
