Former President Petro Poroshenko's wife, Maryna, filed a lawsuit against him regarding the division of property.
This is evidenced by court documents, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Maryna Poroshenko appealed to the court on March 27, 2025. The lawsuit concerns the division of marital property. The case is pending before the Kryzhopil District Court of the Vinnytsia Region, where the lawsuit was filed.

The court will consider the case on April 29.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the National Bank of Ukraine fined JSC International Investment Bank, owned by Petro Poroshenko, UAH 20.5 million for violating the legislation on laundering proceeds of crime. A few weeks before the imposition of sanctions against him, the oligarch and Member of Parliament Petro Poroshenko withdrew UAH 1 billion 48 million from Ukraine and donated another UAH 986 million. The fifth president of Ukraine, MP and leader of the European Solidarity Petro Poroshenko, together with his wife Maryna, declared UAH 4.6 billion in income for 2024.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by decree of February 12, imposed NSDC sanctions against former president Petro Poroshenko, businessmen Ihor Kolomoiskyi, Hennadii Boholiubov and Kostiantyn Zhevaho, former member of the Verkhovna Rada, godfather of russian dictator vladimir putin Viktor Medvedchuk.
