The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted permission to Crestline Limited (Cyprus) to acquire control over Fintech Band LLC.
This is announced in the AMCU's statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Crestline Limited was registered in August 2024, and one of its two directors is listed as Oleksandr Nahorniak, whose initials coincide with one of the Fintech Band employees.
According to YouControl, the owners of Fintech Band LLC are former managers of PrivatBank Mykhailo Rohalskyi and Oleh Horokhovskyi (each owns 31.96% of the capital), Yevheniya Kryvenko (14%), Darya Bukreeva (8%), as well as the Cypriot companies Nicets Limited (14%) and Crestline Limited (0.08%).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Fintech Band LLC is developing monobank electronic banking in Ukraine, which operates on the basis of a license from Serhii Tihipko's Universal Bank.
