On the night of April 24, russian troops attacked Kharkiv with cruise and ballistic missiles, as well as Shahed drones, at least two people were injured. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, in Telegram.
One of the strikes was recorded in the Novobavarskyi district of the city, where windows in high-rise buildings were broken.
"As a result of one of the strikes that fell on the Novobavarskyi district, windows in nearby high-rise buildings were broken. There is no information about the casualties at the moment. The inspection of the strike site is ongoing," Terekhov reported.
"There is also information about damage to private houses in the Osnovyanskyi district of the city. At the moment, there are also no casualties," Terekhov wrote.
Later, at 03:00, Kharkiv came under attack by drones. And at 04:50 again under missile strikes. One of the latest hits is a densely populated residential area. Two people were previously injured. Windows were broken in several high-rise buildings.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of April 24, the russian armed forces carried out a combined attack on Ukraine with Kalibr cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and Shahed kamikaze attack drones, Kyiv and Kharkiv were under attack.
