Calls can be heard under rubble in Kyiv. Rescuers searching for 2 children, in particular, - Interior Ministry

Phone calls can be heard under the rubble in a house destroyed by a russian strike in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. A rescue operation is underway, search teams are searching for two children, in particular.

This was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko in Telegram.

"Tragic consequences in the Sviatoshynskyi district. The dismantling of the rubble of the destroyed house is still ongoing there. Engineering forces, SESU climbers, search dogs have been involved. Phone calls can be heard from under the ruins - the search will continue until they are sure that everyone has been rescued. There is information about two children who still cannot be found at the scene," Klymenko wrote.

As of 7:30 in Kyiv, 9 people were recorded killed as a result of the attack. More than 70 people were wounded.

Rescuers worked at 13 locations in the capital.
