All entrances to Pokrovsk are currently controlled by russian FPV drones, with which the occupiers are hunting for people. It was stated by the head of the Pokrovsk City Military Administration, Serhii Dobriak, during a telethon.
"Currently, there are 2,155 people in the city. There are no families with children, but we have seen cases in some places when irresponsible parents return to the city and then call: "save us"... There are several entrances to the city, but they are all controlled by FPV drones. Some parts of the city, city blocks are simply dotted, covered with fiber optics. The enemy does not stop and has been hunting for ordinary people with FPV drones for several months in a row," Dobriak noted.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Pokrovsk direction remains the most intense in terms of fighting, with the enemy attacking with the greatest forces and the entire range of forces and means it has at its disposal.
The russians have made the greatest emphasis on the Pokrovsk direction and are trying to attack there at any cost, and they are also recording the largest number of armored vehicles there.
Yesterday, April 8, analysts from the Ukrainian DeepState project said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had driven the russians out of part of the village of Shevchenko, which is located a few kilometers from Pokrovsk.
