The next meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (the Ramstein format) may be held in Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Defense Ministry, Rustem Umerov, following today's [April 11] Ramstein meeting, as quoted by Ukrinform.
According to him, Ukrainian representatives met with the leaders of all coalitions today [April 11]. The minister noted that there are now nine of them, and an agreement on the "Coalition on Electronic Warfare" was signed.
"I will propose to hold their meeting in Ukraine so that colleagues from each of the coalitions can come to Ukraine and talk not only with us, but also with representatives of the Security and Defense Forces," Umerov said.
He added that representatives of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex can be involved in such a Ramstein meeting.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, British Defense Minister John Healey said following April 11 Ramstein meeting that Ukraine will receive EUR 21 billion from its partners.
We will remind, earlier it became known that at the Ramstein meeting a coalition of countries was created that will assist Ukraine with electronic warfare means.
