Fighting for Toretsk intensifies: russians pressuring mine and using FPV drones - DeepState

Fighting is ongoing in the Toretsk area, the situation has escalated after the rotation and transfer of additional enemy forces. Russian troops are putting pressure on the Toretsk mine, where there is a chaotic deployment of forces. The defense is complicated by the lack of safe routes between positions, the massive use of FPV drones by the enemy, and the numerical superiority of russian assault units.

This is reported by DeepState analysts.

A fighter holding the defense in the city named the problems that made it more difficult for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to defend themselves:

  • Lack of safe routes for movement between positions due to open terrain and the proximity of the enemy.
  • Massive use of FPV drones by the enemy, which makes it impossible to use armored vehicles for support.
  • The front line remains unstable.
  • The number of russian assault units is either equal to the Defense Forces or greater, which allows the russians to get close to the positions.

Meanwhile, the russians have begun to put more pressure on Panteleimonivka, actually occupying the village. They are also trying to advance on Valentynivna. The russians have already gained a foothold on the outskirts of the settlement.

"Stabilization measures are being carried out, and according to preliminary information, the brigade command has taken appropriate and correct measures," DeepState writes.

We will remind you that the russian military is trying to bypass the fortifications around Toretsk in the Donetsk Region using underground routes to penetrate the rear of the Defense Forces.
