Electronic office of military medical commission starts operating in Ukraine

From April 1, the electronic office of the military medical commission (MMC) has started operating in Ukraine, which will allow issuing conclusions on fitness or unfitness for service in digital format. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko.

This innovation will eliminate the need for citizens to visit the territorial recruitment and social support center, as all data will be automatically sent to the Oberih register.

"Our citizens will undergo a medical examination in any civilian medical institution where it is convenient for a person. This will look like a regular "check-up" for a person," Chernohorenko noted.

The information will be transmitted to the Ministry of Defense for processing in an "anonymous format". Therefore, doctors will be able to evaluate only medical data, without identifying the person.

Chernohorenko emphasized that the digitalization of the MMC will not only simplify the process for citizens, but also reduce corruption risks.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, deferrals for people with disabilities have become available in the Reserve+ application.

On November 9, the Reserve+ application launched an online deferral service from mobilization.

In addition, three types of online deferrals from mobilization have begun to be tested in Reserve+.
