Photographers show what settlements of Sumy Region, constantly attacked by russians, look like

Ukrainian photographers Kostiantyn and Vlada Liberovy showed what the border settlements in the Sumy Region, which are constantly shelled by the russians, look like. After 10 days of attacks, ruins remain from the settlements, and people are being evacuated from them.

The Liberovys told about this on their Instagram.

The photographers visited the villages of Myropillia, Krasnopillia and Uhroyidy, which are on the border of the Sumy Region.

According to them, 10 days ago there was no destruction in the villages, and people lived relatively peacefully. However, then the russians almost destroyed the settlements with artillery and aviation.

"At the same time that the States "feel" that putin wants peace, when the narrative of the imminent end of the war dominates the world, entire villages on the border are forced to leave their homes and save their lives from russian shells," the Liberovys noted.

Thus, in the village of Uzhoyidy, russian guided aerial bombs destroyed several streets.

It is dangerous to evacuate from the village of Myropillia, because the russians are hitting the roads with drones. The locals are saving themselves on their own - loading the most necessary things and animals into cars and driving deep into the region.

"The fairy tale about the imminent end of the war is very pleasant, but much more dangerous. Because it is nothing more than dust in the eyes of all of us. While we read in the news another encouraging statement about the truce, the front is approaching and coming to a place where it has never been in all three years of full-scale war," the photographers concluded.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the activity of russian sabotage groups has increased in the north of the Sumy Region.

The Siversk OSTG said that the russians have concentrated the largest number of forces near the Sumy Region.

Earlier, the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service Andrii Demchenko reported that russia, with the help of sabotage and reconnaissance groups, is trying to expand the penetration zone into the Sumy Region and transfer hostilities from the Kursk Oblast to the territory of Ukraine.
