US considering "five or six conditions" put forward by russia for ceasefire — Trump

The United States is studying the conditions that the aggressor country russia wants to fulfill in order to implement a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

According to CNN, US President Donald Trump stated this on Tuesday, March 25.

According to Trump, russia has put forward "five or six" conditions, after the fulfillment of which it will supposedly agree to an agreement on the Black Sea.

" We’re thinking about all of them right now. There are five or six conditions. We are looking at all of them," Trump told reporters at the White House.

The American leader did not specify what conditions russia has put forward.

Recall that earlier, Trump said that the US is considering lifting some of the sanctions on russia. In return, the aggressor country is allegedly ready to agree to a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

What conditions can the russian federation be talking about?

The day before, the kremlin published a statement demanding the lifting of a number of restrictions to ensure the safety of shipping in the Black Sea.

This concerns the lifting of sanctions on Rosselkhozbank, producers and exporters of food and fertilizers, and insurance companies involved in cargo transportation.

Russia also wants the lifting of restrictions on servicing russian vessels in ports, as well as restrictions on the supply of agricultural machinery to the russian federation, as well as other goods involved in the production of food and fertilizers.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on March 25, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that following negotiations in Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, the United States, and russia agreed to ensure the safety of shipping in the Black Sea.

Later, the White House press service published a similar statement. It does not mention the lifting of any sanctions on the russian federation to initiate a ceasefire.
