Lithuania ready to send its troops to Ukraine, – Nauseda

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda said that his country is ready to deploy troops as part of a mission after a ceasefire in Ukraine. He said this in an interview with Bloomberg.

"My country is ready to provide the necessary support. We are talking about very concrete numbers of our military troops, but there should be commitment from all countries in this coalition to provide this support," he said.

He said that US President Donald Trump had "sincere intentions" to end russia's three-year war against Ukraine, but vladimir putin "simulated" negotiations, while continuing his attacks.

Recall that France, Germany, the United Kingdom and other European countries are ready to send their troops to ensure a truce between the aggressor country russia and Ukraine.
