If russia does not strike at Ukrainian facilities, then Ukraine will definitely not do this, and the subject of control over the ceasefire regime should be the United States of America.
The head of state stated this during a joint conversation with the President of Finland Alexander Stubb with representatives of the media.
"I believe that the subject of this control should be the United States of America. And if we have such an appropriate agreement, there will be a list of facilities. We have a list again. A list of facilities, civilian facilities, energy facilities, infrastructure facilities. We will definitely prepare this list and give it to our partners. If the russians do not strike at our facilities, we definitely will not," Zelenskyy said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy also reported that after the alleged order of the leader of the aggressor country, russia, vladimir putin, after a conversation with US President Donald Trump on March 18, to stop strikes on Ukrainian energy, russia continued to attack it.
Trump called his conversation with russian dictator vladimir putin on March 18 "good" and "productive." In particular, according to Trump, they agreed on an immediate ceasefire at all energy and infrastructure facilities and discussed many elements of a peace agreement.
According to the Kremlin, during the conversation, Trump put forward a proposal for the parties to the conflict to mutually refrain from strikes on energy infrastructure facilities for 30 days. Putin responded positively to this initiative and immediately gave the russian military the appropriate command.
