Russia strikes with drones on Dnipropetrovsk Region's railway power system - Ukrzaliznytsia

The railway power system in the Dnipropetrovsk Region has come under attack from enemy UAVs.

This was reported in the Ukrzaliznytsia Telegram channel on Wednesday.

"On the morning of March 19, the enemy struck with drones on the railway power system in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. There are sections without power, but train traffic continues according to schedule. During the liquidation of the consequences, the enemy struck again. Fortunately, no one was injured," the Ukrzaliznytsia message reads.

An order was given for the departure of a Ukrzaliznytsia fire train to extinguish the fire at the facility.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of March 19, russian kamikaze drones of the Shahed type were recorded in the sky over the Kyiv Region, explosions were heard in Kyiv, and the work of air defense forces was heard.

On the night of Monday, March 17, russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with 174 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions: Oryol, Shatalovo, Kursk, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

Over the past week, air defenses have destroyed more than 850 air targets.
