Ukraine has successfully tested a long-range drone of its own production, which can cover 3,000 kilometers.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced this during an evening address.
"Today I held a Staff meeting. There were several questions, but the most important thing is drones. All types of drones that are needed. There is good news about long-range drones. Our drone with a range of 3,000 kilometers has passed the test. I am grateful to the developers, grateful to the manufacturers. We are developing a line of long-range weapons that will help guarantee the security of our state," he said.
The President said that he was also reported today on the use of Ukrainian Long Neptune missiles.
"We can say that we are satisfied with the results of the hits. But we need to produce more missiles, more drones, and this week we will talk about this with our partners," Zelenskyy added.
Recall that the Government sets the task of increasing its own weapons production to at least half of what is needed.
