From April, all military medical commissions obliged to issue electronic conclusions – Umerov

From April 1, all military medical commissions (MMCs) are obliged to issue electronic conclusions after examinations of those liable for military service.

Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"Previously, everything was written by hand. Today, we are switching to a digital format. From March 1, 2025, military medical commissions that have undergone training can issue electronic resolutions, and from April 1, this will become mandatory for all MMCs," he said.

Umerov noted that the Medical Information System (MIS) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has launched an electronic MMC office, paper conclusions are a thing of the past, now they will be issued online: quickly, simply, without bureaucracy.

How it works:

- referrals to MMCs from the Oberih register automatically enter the MMC office;

- the conclusions of the commissions after the examinations of those liable for military service are automatically received in Oberih and are faster reflected in the Reserve+ application;

- resolutions regarding servicemen are stored in the MIS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in the Reserve+ application, electronic referrals to the military medical commission will now show the date of arrival for a medical examination.

In January, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced that the Cabinet of Ministers gave the "green light" to electronic referrals to undergo the military medical commission for those liable for military service.
