US continues to exchange intelligence with Ukraine - media

The United States continues to provide intelligence information to Ukraine, despite the announcement of the cessation of the supply of American weapons to the Ukrainian army.

This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine agency, citing its own sources in military-political circles.

According to one of the agency's interlocutors, the Ukrainian authorities have not yet noticed any changes in the receipt or exchange of intelligence.

"Everything is as before here for now," he said.

Another source at the agency doubted that the decision of the leadership to stop the supply of weapons, if it really comes into effect, would affect the exchange of intelligence at all, since this is another line of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States.

At the time of publication of the news, no official confirmations or denials of this information had been received.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 4, a number of media outlets wrote that US President Donald Trump ordered a halt to arms supplies to Ukraine, allegedly because of his public argue with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Officially, neither Trump nor other high-ranking US officials have announced the halt to arms supplies to Ukraine.

According to Fedir Venislavskyi, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, Ukraine's safety margin will last for about six months if systematic arms supplies from the US are stopped.
