Cabinet extends deadline for rebooking of employees until March 31

The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the deadline for the rebooking of employees until March 31.

The Ministry of Economy has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

According to the report, the Cabinet has allowed enterprises that have not yet had time to confirm criticality and rebook employees to do so until March 31. Until this date, the booking of employees of such enterprises will remain valid.

Besides, enterprises that have updated their criticality status can book employees until April 1 without 72-hour data processing, which speeds up the process.

"The government is extending the transitional period for updating the status of critical enterprises until March 31, leaving the current booking decisions in effect. Due to the difficulties caused by the Russian cyberattacks at the beginning of the year, we have extended the opportunity to both submit documents for updating the criticality and rebook employees. It is important for us that everyone who needs additional time has this opportunity. Booking is an important component of the effective operation of the economy, because analytics show that 12% of enterprises have the status of critical, but it is they who brought 67% of the income of all enterprises in the country in 2022-2023," said First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko.

You can submit an application for the booking of employees exclusively through the Diia portal. If an employee has already been booked, the previous booking must be canceled before submitting a new application.

A confirmed booking will be displayed in the Reserve+ application. If the booking is provided after updating the status of a critical enterprise, it will be valid for the period of validity of the criticality - up to 1 year.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in December the Cabinet of Ministers extended the term of existing booking by a month due to a cyberattack on state registers.
