President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a press conference on Wednesday, February 19, commented on the statement of US President Donald Trump that he allegedly has a trust rating among Ukrainians of 4%. According to Zelenskyy, this is disinformation of russian origin.
Thus, the President noted that the latest KIIS rating showed that 57% of Ukrainians trust him.
He added that the information about 4% trust comes from the aggressor country of russia, and it was discussed between representatives of the US and russia.
"Since we are talking about 4%, we have seen this disinformation. We understand that it comes from russia. We understand this, and we have evidence that these numbers are being discussed between America and russia. That is, unfortunately, President Trump, with great respect for him, as the leader of the people whom we respect very much, the American people who constantly support us, unfortunately lives in this disinformation space," Zelenskyy said.
He also said that if someone wants to change him now, then it will not work right now.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the day before, US President Donald Trump said that elections should be held in Ukraine, since Volodymyr Zelenskyy allegedly has a low trust rating - 4%.
