Dmytro Lyppa, CEO of LLC GTS Operator of Ukraine, is resigning, and the Supervisory Board of LLC GTS Operator of Ukraine has announced the start of a competitive selection process for a new CEO.
Dmytro Lyppa announced this on his Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"Yes, after the end of the 2024/2025 heating season, I will finish working as CEO of the GTS Operator. The end of winter is already visible and we can say it out loud, the process is beginning and it must be carried out qualitatively," Dmytro Lyppa wrote.
Lyppa reported that under his leadership, the company received a preliminary net profit from operating activities of UAH 18 billion in 2024, but in the end it will be less due to the revaluation of the value of assets in connection with the end of transit.
Taxes of UAH 24 billion were paid in two years.
“Reducing gas consumption for own needs by 60% compared to 2022 (this is almost 1.5% of all consumption in Ukraine and, believe me, it’s a lot), savings in two years at current prices of about UAH 10 billion. You see, everything is in billions,” Lyppa added.
On February 13, the Supervisory Board of LLC GTS Operator of Ukraine announced a competition for the position of CEO.
The competitive selection will be carried out with the involvement of the recruitment agency LLC Talent Advisors.
Based on the results of the competition, the Supervisory Board will approve the candidacy of the new CEO of LLC GTS Operator of Ukraine.
CVs are accepted within 21 days from the date of publication of the competition announcement until March 6, 2025 inclusive.
