Yesterday, February 12, due to the assault of the russians in the area of the village of Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia Region, the agreements on the rotation of IAEA technical experts at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP were disrupted.
The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has reported this.
Thus, on February 12, assault groups of the russian occupation army in the area of the village of Kamianske, in the amount of 13 invaders, attacked the positions of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine in the morning.
"The attempted assault by the Russian occupiers actually disrupted the international agreements on the rotation of IAEA technical experts at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP - their planned route lay in the specified area," the Defense Intelligence explained.
The Defense Intelligence concluded that the assault actions of the russians from the 135th Motorized Rifle Assault Regiment of the 19th Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, who disrupted the rotation of the IAEA representatives, indicate another deliberate and blatant disregard by the aggressor state russia of the agreements reached.
"The Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine did not allow the loss of combat positions as a result of enemy assault actions," the Defense Intelligence added.
We will remind, on February 5, the spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Heorhii Tykhyi, also reported that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was forced to postpone the rotation of its mission at the Zaporizhzhia NPP due to the lack of security guarantees from russia.
