"Committed to carrying out the tough diplomacy." Kellogg to visit Ukraine

U.S. President's Special Envoy for russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg will visit Germany, Belgium and Ukraine from February 13 to 22. He will promote the American leader's initiative to end the war and ensure "peace through strength."

The U.S. Department of State has reported this.

The U.S. Department of State noted that Kellogg should also promote Donald Trump's policy of "upholding the national security interests of the United States".

He is expected to participate in the Munich Security Conference and also visit NATO and European Union headquarters in Brussels, where he will hold meetings with allies.

"He will engage with allies and partners across Europe who are willing to work with the United States to end Russia’s war against Ukraine and restore stability in Europe," the U.S. Department of State said in a statement.

During his visit to Ukraine, Kellogg will meet with government officials and Ukrainian citizens.

"In Ukraine, he will meet with government officials and private citizens who have bravely endured almost three years of war," the the U.S. Department of State noted.

The U.S. Department of State also emphasized that Trump "has made it clear that the fighting needs to stop, and the United States is ready to support a durable solution."

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, discussed his upcoming visit to Ukraine and upcoming meetings of the parties at the Munich Security Conference with the U.S. President's Special Envoy for russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, in a telephone conversation.

And U.S. President Donald Trump's Special Special Envoy for russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said that he was going to discuss Ukraine and ending the war in mid-February.
