Producer Rodnianskyi's son Oleksandr no longer Oschadbank Supervisory Board member

Producer Oleksandr Rodnianskyi’s son Oleksandr Rodnianskyi is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Savings Bank (Oschadbank).

This is evidenced by the data on the bank's website, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Before Oleksandr Rodnianskyi’s dismissal, the Supervisory Board consisted of 8 people: Juan Enrique Perez Calot, Yulia Pashko, Roza Tapanova, Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Philip Heasley, Michal Krupinski and Elizabeth Nelson.

In addition, Oleksandr Rodnianskyi filed a declaration before his dismissal, in which he noted that he received fees and other payments from Oschadbank under civil law transactions in the amount of UAH 7.8 million.

He also received insurance payments from Oschadbank in the amount of UAH 593,000.

Oleksandr Rodnianskyi is the son of director Rodnianskyi, the founder of 1+1, who lived in moscow for the last 15 years, and after the outbreak of full-scale war moved to the United States.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, the son of producer Oleksandr Rodnianskyi, as a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Savings Bank in March 2021.

He was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board as the President's representative on the bank's Supervisory Board, replacing Aivaras Abromavičius.
