Over the past day, February 8, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 1,460 russian occupiers, 11 tanks and 24 artillery systems.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 02/09/24 were approximately:

  • personnel – about 849,320 (+1,460) people;
  • tanks – 9,992 (+11) units;
  • armored combat vehicles – 20,797 (+20) units;
  • artillery systems – 22,4844 (+24) units;
  • MLRS – 1,273 (+0) units;
  • air defense units – 1,056 (+0) units;
  • aircraft – 370 (+1) units;
  • helicopters – 331 (+0) units;
  • UAVs of operational-tactical level – 24,486 (+83);
  • cruise missiles – 3,054 (+0);
  • ships / boats – 28 (+0) units;
  • submarines – 1 (+0) units;
  • motor vehicles and fuel tanks – 36,529 (+127) units;
  • special equipment – 3,739 (+1).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukrainian servicemen from the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign destroyed a russian Su-25 attack aircraft on the Toretsk axis.
