UKRNAFTA expands import geography and offers German gasoline from Hamburg refinery at gas stations

The largest mono-brand network of gas stations UKRNAFTA is expanding the geography of fuel imports.

This is indicated in the company's statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

In 2025, the company will offer customers German gasoline from the HOLBORN Europa Raffinerie refinery in Hamburg.

It is noted that in 2024, gasoline from Greek Hellenic Petroleum and Motor Oil Hellas, as well as products from the Płock and Mazeikiai Orlen refineries, could be filled at UKRNAFTA gas stations.

In addition, according to the report, in 2024 the company imported diesel fuel from 15 countries around the world - in particular, from Greece (Hellenic Petroleum and Motor Oil Hellas), Israel (Ashdod Refinery and Oil Refineries Limited), Italy (SARAS and Sarlux S.R.L. Refining), the Netherlands (BP Refinery Rotterdam), the United States (Marathon Petroleum Company), Sweden (Preem AB and St1 Refinery AB), Poland (Orlen) and from other producers of high-quality fuel.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2024 Ukrnafta increased oil production by 0.6% to 1.418 million tons compared to 2023 (2023 – 1.410 million tons), and also increased gas production by 6.5% to 1.170 billion cubic meters compared to 2023 (2023 – 1.097 billion cubic meters).

In mid-September 2024, Ukrnafta reported that it was importing petroleum products from Sweden, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, and Kuwait.

In November 2022, shares of Motor Sich, Ukrnafta, AvtoKrAZ, Zaporizhtransformator (ZTR), and Ukrtatnafta were alienated into state ownership for the period of martial law.
