U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and russia Keith Kellogg will present a peace plan for Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference. According to sources, the document will contain two main points of settlement.

Kellogg is going to present a draft of Trump's peace plan at the Munich Security Conference, which will be held February 14-16. The sources of the publication noted that the document will contain points on "peace through strength".

“Elements include potential freezing the conflict and leaving territory occupied by Russian forces in limbo while providing Ukraine with security guarantees to ensure that Moscow can’t attack again," the material says.

The publication notes that according to Kellogg, the U.S. would like Ukraine to hold elections after a ceasefire, while President Trump has indicated that part of the settlement of the situation could be access to Ukrainian minerals in exchange for U.S. support.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on February 1, U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and the russian federation, Keith Kellogg, said that the new American leader has a "reliable plan" to end russia's war against Ukraine.

On February 2, Kellogg said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had confirmed his readiness to make territorial concessions during possible negotiations with russian dictator vladimir putin.

On February 4, Kellogg announced that he was going to discuss Ukraine and ending the war at the Munich Security Conference in February.
