Kellogg to discuss ending war at Munich Security Conference

U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and russia Keith Kellogg said he is going to discuss Ukraine and ending the war in mid-February. Kellogg wrote about this on his X-account.

"Pleased to announce my participation @MunSecConf 2025. As @POTUS’s Special Envoy for Russia & Ukraine, I look forward to speaking about @realdonaldtrump's goal to end the bloody and costly war in Ukraine. I’ll meet with America’s allies who are ready to work with us. #MSC2025” Kellogg wrote.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on February 1, U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and russia Keith Kellogg said that the new American leader has a "reliable plan" to end russia's war against Ukraine.

On February 2, Kellogg said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had confirmed his willingness to make territorial concessions during possible talks with russian dictator vladimir putin.

On February 3, Ukrainian publication NV reported, citing sources, that after February 11, Kellogg intends to visit Kyiv to meet with Zelenskyy.
