Russian terrorist forces launched ballistic missile strikes on Odesa. An air raid alert was announced in the city and region.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper and the city mayor Hennadii Trukhanov reported this on their Telegram channels on Friday, January 31.
At 7:50 p.m., the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of a high-speed target in the direction of the Odesa Region. Soon, Kiper and Trukhanov announced explosions in the city. Residents of the city were asked to stay in shelters and wait for the air raid alert to end.
