As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on January 20, US President Donald Trump signed a decree ordering him to temporarily suspend the provision of assistance to foreign countries for three months under all programs and projects.

Initially, a number of media outlets wrote that Trump's decree also affects military assistance to Ukraine, which is provided under the USAI, PDA, and FMF programs.

But on January 24, Voice of America wrote, citing the US Department of Defense, that Trump's decree does not apply to military assistance to Ukraine.

And on January 25, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the United States will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine under previously approved program.
