In 2024, banks managed by Deposit Guarantee Fund received UAH 3.8 billion

In 2024, the amount of funds received by banks liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund amounted to UAH 3.8 billion.

This is stated in the fund's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Of the total amount of revenues last year, banks received UAH 1.4 billion from the sale of assets.

That is, 37% of all revenues are funds from the sale of property.

In addition, UAH 640.3 million came from the repayment of loans, UAH 498.8 million from transactions with securities, UAH 46.1 million from the lease of property.

Another UAH 1.2 billion came from other sources (correspondence accounts, enforcement proceedings, etc.).

It should be noted that of these funds, UAH 433.7 million are the amount from the repayment of debt on restructured loans.

The leaders in terms of revenue in 2024 were:

JSC "MR BANK" – UAH 780.1 million;

JSC "JCB "CONCORD" – UAH 595.5 million;

JSC "IBOX BANK" – UAH 587.7 million;

JSC "Prominvestbank" – UAH 536.5 million;

JSC "DELTA BANK" – UAH 303.3 million;

JSC "MEGABANK" – UAH 243.6 million;

JSC "BANK FORWARD" – UAH 233.7 million;

JSC "UKRBUDINVESTBANK" – UAH 200.9 million;

JSC "COMINVESTBANK" – UAH 121.1 million;

JSC "BANK SICH" – UAH 106.8 million.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, funds received from the management and sale of assets (property) of insolvent banks managed by the Fund are directed to satisfy the claims of their creditors in the order determined by Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Deposit Guarantee System of Individuals."
