Israeli Foreign Ministry proposes to transfer to Ukraine russian weapons captured by IDF in Lebanon

Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel proposed to transfer to Ukraine russian weapons captured by the IDF in Lebanon or from other enemies of the country.

This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that on January 21, Sharren met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk.

"During the meeting, the Ambassador thanked the interlocutor for her proposal to transfer to Ukraine russian-made weapons captured by the IDF in Lebanon or anywhere from Israel's enemies. It was noted that this initiative is an important step in recognizing the common threats faced by both countries. The Ukrainian side expressed hope for a positive resolution of this issue," the report says.
