In St. Petersburg, russia, unknown persons burned a locomotive that was used to provide logistics for the occupation army.

This is stated in a message of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"On January 18, 2025, a 3M62U locomotive was destroyed at the Ruchy tram depot in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia, which was used to provide logistics for the Russian occupation army," it says.

As noted, the fire destroyed the entire control system. The locomotive, which was transporting russian weapons, ammunition and military equipment by rail, cannot be restored.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of January 17, the resistance movement to the putin regime destroyed two communication towers near Krasnodar, setting them on fire.
