Italy has provided Ukraine with another package of military aid. Modern weapons are already on their way.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on his Facebook page.
"During an important visit by Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto to Kyiv, we agreed to strengthen defense cooperation between our states," the message says.
Umerov noted that the aid package will include weapons that will help soldiers deliver powerful strikes against the enemy.
According to him, Italy and Ukraine also plan to launch joint ventures.
"Mr. Crosetto confirmed Italy's strong support for Ukraine and stressed the importance of expanding the Ramstein format. This is critical for providing everything our defenders need," Umerov added.
Recall that today the Italian Defense Minister arrived in Kyiv on an official visit.
In addition, yesterday Ukraine and the United Kingdom agreed on a 100-year partnership.
