These are "sanctions, an embargo on advanced industrial equipment, a shortage of labor, limited financial resources distributed among too many projects, the termination of space cooperation with Western partners, with the exception of operations on the International Space Station, as well as the economic inefficiency of the russian space industry," the material says.
In addition, qualified scientists and engineers are leaving russia en masse, fearing mobilization and going to the front, the publication writes. An agreement with Trump on ending the war will help russia join the countries that are committed to peaceful exploration of space, and will also break russia's space alliance with China.
