The leader of the Bulgarian pro-russian political party Revival (Vazrazhdane), Kostadin Kostadinov, said that Bulgaria allegedly has claims to part of the Odesa Region of Ukraine.
Kostadinov wrote about this on Facebook.
He commented on the words of US President-elect Donald Trump, who the day before had several times stated his desire to buy Greenland, establish control over the Panama Canal and make Canada the 51st American state.
"There is nothing more logical and normal than two countries with a common history, common origin, common language and in many ways ordinary people, such as the USA and Canada, becoming one country," Kostadinov wrote.
According to him, a similar situation has allegedly developed between Bulgaria and North Macedonia. The pro-russian politician believes that both countries should unite, since they also allegedly have a common history and origin.
At the same time, Kostadinov added, Bulgaria allegedly has claims to Southern Bessarabia - a region on the territory of which part of the modern Odesa Region of Ukraine is located.
He wrote that Ukraine will allegedly disintegrate, and Bulgaria should declare claims to Southern Bessarabia at the "future peace congress".
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, US President-elect Donald Trump did not rule out the use of force to establish control over Greenland.
The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Greenland could become independent, but not part of the United States of America.
Recall that Trump also previously declared claims to the Panama Canal and Canada.
At the same time, Trump's agitator, American podcaster Joe Rogan, proposed annexing Mexico after Canada.
