Trump’s future special envoy for Ukraine and russia Kellogg says Ukraine and russia lost over half a million soldiers killed

The future U.S. special envoy for Ukraine and russia, Keith Kellogg, said that over the three years of the russian-Ukrainian war, both sides have allegedly lost approximately half a million people killed.

Kellogg said this on the air of the American Fox TV channel on December 18.

According to him, the situation between Ukraine and russia has now allegedly reached a point where both sides are ready to hold peace talks.

The situation is now characterized by a war of attrition, with a loss ratio of approximately one to five.

He said that over a thousand days of full-scale war, russia has lost 350,000 or 400,000 people killed.

Ukraine, Kellogg added, has allegedly lost 150,000 servicemen killed.

Recall that on the air of the same program, Kellogg called the russian-Ukrainian war a "cage fight" where "both fighters want to tap out." He believes that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump is exactly the person who "can separate them."

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 8, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has lost 43,000 servicemen killed.

Earlier in November, the British newspaper The Economist wrote that the Ukrainian army has lost from 60,000 to 100,000 people killed. Another 400,000 people received serious injuries that prevent them from participating in combat operations.
