The Verkhovna Rada has simplified the procedure for trading in used cars.
This was announced on his Telegram channel by Danylo Hetmantsev, a member of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People faction, head of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"The Verkhovna Rada has adopted in the second reading and in general our bill No. 9083, the initiator of which I am. The bill provides for the deregulation and de-shadowing of the used car trading market," he wrote.
According to him, the adopted bill cancels the state registration of used cars by a trading organization for itself, even if it purchases them as goods for further resale.
According to Hetmantsev, the cancellation of state registration will be a guarantee for removing the market from the shadows, expanding the activities of white car traders, and eliminating schemes through which the budget receives less taxes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada postponed the transition to Euro-6 environmental standards for cars until 2027.
