Businessman Pavel Fuks has sued President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
This is evidenced by court materials, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The businessman filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court.
In addition to Zelenskyy, the SSU and the National Security and Defense Council are named as defendants.
He demands that Zelenskyy cancel the decree imposing sanctions against him.
Fuks requests that the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated June 24, 2021 No. 266/2021 be declared illegal and canceled.
The case has been scheduled for consideration today.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, businessman Pavel Fuks was awarded a special badge of the Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine for "enhancing the combat capability of the unit, unity on the path to achieving Ukraine's independence, and devotion to the Motherland and the nation." The award was signed by the commander of the Azov Brigade, Denys Prokopenko.
In the summer of 2023, thanks to the assistance of Pavel Fuks, 100 iFlight Nazgul XL10 quadcopters were transferred to the soldiers of the 92nd Special Rifle Brigade named after Ivan Sirko, who are performing combat missions on the front line.
In the fall of 2023, Pavel Fuks transferred a new batch of aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These are new armored vehicles that will go to evacuate the wounded from the front line, as well as a new batch of the Army of Drones. Drones were also purchased for special purpose aerial reconnaissance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
