This is reported by the military administration of the region.
"So far, there is no data from the military about the change in the situation on the border, the situation is under control," said the head of the administration Volodymyr Artiukh.
The State Border Guard Service also noted that there were no attempts by the russians to enter the border area, and no hostilities were recorded.
"I have repeatedly emphasized that we can hold our positions, create firing positions, and create fortifications where it is profitable to hold the defense. If we talk again about this section, then the border units did not record any attempts to enter or attempts at hostilities on that section," said the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andrii Demchenko on the air of Kyiv24.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the number of shelling of border areas in the Sumy Region has increased against the backdrop of the offensive operation of Ukrainian troops in the Kursk Region.
