Defense Intelligence tells from which ranges russia can launch medium-range ballistic missiles

Russia can launch medium-range missiles only from the Kapustin Yar ranges in the Astrakhan Oblast and the Plesetsk range in the Arkhangelsk Oblast.

The 4th State Central Interspecific Range of the russian Ministry of Defense Kapustin Yar is located in the Astrakhan Oblast of russia. And the 1st State Test Cosmodrome Plesetsk is in the Arkhangelsk Oblast.

It is known that russia produces 25 intercontinental ballistic missiles per year. That is how many Yars missiles the russians currently produce.
