Verkhovna Rada Member Anatolii Hunko (Servant of the People) was included in the register of corrupt persons.
This is evidenced by information from the register on the website of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Hunko was held liable for committing an offense related to corruption: Part 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of requirements for the prevention and resolution of a conflict of interest), in particular for committing actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest.
On June 26, 2023, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv found him guilty of committing an offense provided for in Part 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in favor of the state in the amount of UAH 5,100.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, MP Hunko was released from custody after posting UAH 10 million in bail. The NACB showed an operational video of how MP Hunko hid a bribe under the table. Earlier, the Pecherskyi District Court refused to bring MP Hunko to administrative responsibility for corruption.
The National Agency on Corruption Prevention has drawn up an administrative protocol against MP Hunko, who received a Breguet watch worth USD 10,000 from his assistant as a gift.
