The aggressor country russia has published disinformation about lists of Ukrainian prisoners of war, whom Ukraine allegedly does not agree to take home. Ukraine has never delayed the exchanges.
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets reported this on his Telegram channel on Monday, December 2.
The Ombudsman stated that the russian Commissioner for Human Rights has once again published lists of Ukrainian prisoners of war, whom Ukraine allegedly does not agree to take home.
"Once again, I refute this information and confirm Ukraine's readiness to take all its citizens from captivity and illegal detention! Russian methods remain unchanged and, as always, cynical towards those people who are waiting for the return home of their Defenders!" Lubinets emphasized.
According to him, it was Ukraine that proposed to create a mixed medical commission for the repatriation of the seriously wounded and seriously ill, but the russian side is still ignoring this proposal, as it is "not interested in the return and implementation of exchanges."

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 8, Lubinets met with the russian Commissioner for Human Rights T. Moskalkova in the territory of the Republic of Belarus to resolve humanitarian issues.
On November 8, Ukraine returned the bodies of the fallen soldiers.
On November 6, Lubinets reported that the aggressor country russia is not providing information about the whereabouts of Ukrainian prisoners.
