President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that in the future, the aggressor country of russia will use North Korean soldiers as "cannon fodder" in storming Ukrainian positions.
Zelenskyy said this in an interview with the Japanese agency Kyodo News.
According to him, some of the North Korean soldiers transferred to the Kursk Oblast to fight on the side of the russian army were killed as a result of a strike by the Ukrainian military.
At the same time, he did not specify how many North Korean soldiers were killed or wounded as a result of hostilities.
Zelenskyy believes that many North Korean soldiers will be sent to the front in the future. He is sure that russian dictator vladimir putin will use them as "cannon fodder".
According to him, in the long term, it may be more important that North Korean soldiers undergo training in russian military conditions, seeking to gain knowledge about modern warfare.
Zelenskyy warned that this will have a huge impact on Asia when North Korean servicemen return home with experience in using drones.
