Fedorov tells what will be with booking after December 1

Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov has said what will be with booking from mobilization into the army after December 1.

Fedorov said this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

In particular, he noted that previously there was an option to book through Diia and offline, from December 1 it will be only online, this should solve the problem with the long processing of documents.

Enterprises that retained the critical status during the audit must update it before February 28.

"People will be able to book from December 1, but the booking will work only until February 28. New employees will be able to book immediately, no term is required. But the employee's salary must be over UAH 20,000. Except for state and municipal enterprises, as well as residents of Diia.City," he noted.

Fedorov also reminded that under the new rules, in order to book people, an enterprise must meet 3 criteria:

average salary at the enterprise of at least UAH 20,000;

absence of tax debts;

the third criterion is chosen by the enterprise itself from the list:

residency in Diia.City;

EUR 1.5+ million in taxes paid per year;

EUR 32+ million in revenues;

importance for the national economy or the needs of the territorial community.

To obtain or confirm criticality, you need to collect a package of documents confirming compliance with the criteria and submit it to the relevant state body.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the new booking procedure will be effective from December 1.

In October, the Cabinet of Ministers instructed to review the list of critical enterprises due to the increase in the number of booked people. According to media reports, the decision was made because President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was outraged by the booking from mobilization of 1.5 million people.
