The Defense Intelligence also stated that sanctions, cyberstrikes and information operations should be used to counter Shaheds.

"The factories producing strike drones are located at a very great distance. They have time to take safety measures, because it takes not one, not two, not four hours for our unmanned aerial vehicle to arrive. This is the first. And the second is that more powerful weapons are needed," Skibitskyi explained.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 21, russia attacked Dnipro with an experimental medium-range ballistic missile Oreshnik (Kedr), which can carry a nuclear warhead. Currently, the aggressor has from two to ten such warheads, and at least ten tests need to be conducted to begin serial production.

The Security Service of Ukraine also showed journalists the fragments of the missile with which the russians struck Dnipro on November 21.
